Im an avid Manchester United fan and after years of scouring internet boards and discussion forums of my beloved club one of the main topics which came up is “how would you rate (insert players) performance today/this season so far” and such like.

With this in mind and this domain sitting dormant in my hosting account I decided to do something with it and thisismanutd was born in only 2 days.

Santas Knee

Santas Knee is a website i set up so I could raise money for children at Christmas. I went out and found sponsors who for every comment would give me an amount they chose aswell as getting a 125×125px adspace on the right hand side. So if you want to help me raise money for the NSPCC then go ahead and comment on this site…(after this one) haha!

NWCS emailed me to enquire about a logo design. They wanted a logo which was subtle but was recognisable and had impact. I came up with several designs but this was the one that I have chosen to display.

ACE Claims Ltd

Accident Compensation Experts (ACE) Ltd approached me and asked me to provide them with a website and a client management system for their customers. Unfortunately i cant show you the CMS due to client confidentiality but the website to the left is the one i created. It uses the latest web trends in looking web 2.0 and RSS feeds.

Speedwell Cars

Speedwell contacted me and asked me to do a website for their new taxi venture. I kept with all the colour schemes of the speedwell brand and made the website look as modern as possible. Using databases I was able to allow people to book online for their airport journey or just check the fare and book online for local journeys.
